High ethical standards are ensured through a Code of Conduct binding SATA members to a policy of stringent self-regulation and security, with every eligibility fare on a SATA Type ticket carrying a student or youth identity card number.
On behalf of the SATA Association, International Association Services A/S maintains a secure database of ticket sales locations worldwide and carries out other membership services such as ticket printing and other support products for the SATA ticket. An international financial clearinghouse processes multi-currency transactions.
