The Student Air Travel Association (SATA) was established in 1969 as a not-for-profit global association to help member organisations explore and develop new opportunities and services for young people wishing to embark on international travel experiences.
SATA is best known for providing unique "SATA style flight tickets” to full-time students and youth under 26 through its special partnership with more than 80 airlines.
SATA Members are organisations that are active in student and youth travel and have established preferential relationships with these individual air carriers.
High ethical standards are ensured through a Code of Conduct and Board Members oversee the activities of the SATA Association.
